Once the Analytics feature is activated and configured, view analytics related to structured documents are displayed at the Reader page level.
- Open any document on the portal.
- Select the Document Metrics icon(
) from the sidebar on the left.Views are displayed for the document currently opened in the Reader page.
- Enter a time period to refine the search:
- by week: trends for the last three weeks are displayed.
- by month: trends for the last three months are displayed.
- by week: trends for the last three weeks are displayed.
For each time period, the trend is displayed with the following three types of arrows:
A green upward arrow means that the number of views for this time period is greater than that for the previous period. 
A blue horizontal arrow means that the number of views for this time period is the same as that for the previous period. 
An orange downward arrow means that the number of views for this time period is lower than that for the previous period.
Next to the arrow, the number of views within the given time period is shown.
