It is possible to configure the confirmation email that end-users receive after sending feedback for each configured interface language by creating or modifying an XML file and importing it in the Languages administration interface.

For example, to configure a confirmation email in American English (en-US), update the content between "<custom>" tags in the portal-en-US-messages.xml file as follows:

            <id>server.mail.feedback.confirm.thanks<id>

          </label>

Then, import the XML file in the Languages administration interface.
