White, Black, and Authority Lists

The SpellChecker agent makes it possible to force or exclude a list of given words from suggestions, thanks to white and black lists.

A black list is a list of banned values, meaning that a term or an expression entered in a black list will never be returned as a result.

A white list is a list of enforced values, meaning that a term or an expression entered in a white list will:

Always be returned in the results, regardless of the search term/expression.
Be proposed when it matches the search and is in competition with another term/expression.
Be returned as a result and will not be corrected as a spellcheck.

It also makes it possible to choose the desired suggestion for a given user expression, thanks to the authority list.

To do this, use QEng > Agents > Spellcheck > Lists options.
