CKS can manage specific users:
An anonymous user is an unidentified CKS user. The user is not authenticated. Every query posted to the CKS web services is associated to a user. This makes it possible to define the information which the user can use and/or modify. The query includes the necessary information to authenticate the user associated to the query. When no user is defined, the query is associated to the anonymous user. With the anonymous user concept, knowledge can be shared among non-authenticated users.
A moderator is a trustworthy user. This user can access the whole knowledge base and perform all CKS actions.
An administrator is a moderator with configuration rights on CKS through the administration web services. There can be a number of moderators and administrators.
