In order for Antidot's Back Office to connect to a LDAP server (OpenLDAP), the following steps must be respected:

Change Back Office Configuration

The following file must be updated to properly configure the Back Office:

/usr/local/afs7/bo-server/conf/conf.wsc

An example of a conf.wsc file can be consulted on the server hosting the development BO.

Install the Security Key

The security key previously generated must be put on the BO's server. Its path can be defined in the conf.wsc file

Restart the Back Office

Run the following line:

As root user

systemctl restart bo-server.service

Assign necessary rights to the users

Connecting a LDAP to the BO does not automatically assign rights to those new users. It can be required to give them Read, Write, Execute, etc. rights.

This operation can be done connecting as super user to the Back Office.
