Clustering is an additional mechanism allowing to cluster, or group, replies sharing the same value for a given facet — for examples, products of the same manufacturer. A cluster gives a different perspective on the reply set. It can either have a fixed, maximum number of items — this mode is called Overspill mode —, or it can have an unlimited cardinality — where the replies in the cluster are stored in specific reply pages that can be browsed to retrieve all the results from the cluster.
