A detection mechanism is available in AFS-BO for all users. When a user access the Back Office for the first time, an account is created automatically. However, a message is displayed, saying that the BO administrator(s) should be contacted for further rights configuration. For more information, see Logging Into AFS-BO.When an administrator accesses the Back Office, the Administration screen may display new users waiting for further account configuration.
A click on the name of a new user makes it possible to select an organization for that user. Associating a user to an organization creates a link with privileges on a set of search entities, as described in Managing Organizations.
