When using Apache as Web Server for the Back Office, sometimes the following error may occur within the Application: "Not Found. The resource you are looking for does not exist".

This is related to URL encoding. Apache does not handle URLs with %2F (an encoded /).

To avoid this limitation, it is necessary to set AllowEncodedSlashes parameter to On inside Apache configuration of the Back Office virtual host.

For more information about Apache Web Server Configuration, see Apache Documentation.

Example of error resulting from this Apache Configuration:

<html>
<head>
<title>404 Not Found</title>
</head>
<body>
<h1>Not Found</h1>
<p>The requested URL /bo-ws/project/7/service/7266/instance/stable/paf/INF/configuration/file/sparql/construct/construct was not found on this server.</p>
</body>
</html>
