Deleting an organization in AFS-BO makes it possible to remove is without damaging the existing projects. In fact, the hosting organization is associated with all the existing projects.

In the Administration screen, for a selected organization, a click on Modify displays the MODIFY ORGANIZATION dialog box. The Delete command must be chosen to remove the organization.


A click in the confirmation box definitely deletes the organization. The Administration screen is purged with the None item in the organization selection box.

To delete an organization

  1. In AFS-BO, click Admin administration in the left upper side.
  2. In the left-hand selection box, select the organization you want to delete.
  3. Below the selection box, click Modify to display the ADD ORGANIZATION dialog box.
  4. Click Delete.
  5. In the confirmation box, click OK.

    The Administration screen is purged.
