The afs_paftools binary allows actions regarding PaFs.

The following options are available:

  • -a <about.afs> - dump about.afs
  • -c - clean PaF event logs:
    • -p <PaFiD> - clean event logs up to <PaFId>
    • -d <days> - clean event logs older than n <days>
  • -x - generate filter description XSD

To clean PaFs event logs up to a specific PaF Id, run the following command:

afs_paftools -c -p <PaFId>

Where

  • <PaFId> is the PaF Id up to which all previous PaF event logs will be deleted.

Example:

Executing afs_paftools -c -p 59 will delete all stored PaF event logs from PaF Id 0 to PaF Id 59.

To clean PaFs event logs older than n days, run the following command:

afs_paftools -c -d <days>

Where

  • <days> is the number of days up to which all previous PaF event logs will be deleted.

Example:

  • Executing afs_paftools -c -d 3 will delete all stored PaF event logs older than 3 days.
