All along this documentation, we will take the following example.

My Stunning Company just signed with Antidot to install the Antidot solution for their data.

All along this documentation, we will take the following example.

My Stunning Company just signed with Antidot to install the Antidot solution for their data.

To ensure a high-quality and easy access to their documentation portal, the Antidot solution will be installed on three servers:

  • front01: AFS Reply environment
  • idx01: AIF Indexing environment
  • bo01: Back Office environment

My Stunning Company will provide the servers.

Here is the technical information they gathered in anticipation of the installation:

Server

  • Operating System: RHEL 7 last update
  • Server architecture: single server
  • Repositories:
    • RHEL packages are located at the following URL: https://cdn.redhat.com/content/dist/rhel/server/7/
    • Antidot packages are located at the following URL: https://pkgs-my_stunning_company.afs-antidot.net
  • To access the Antidot package repository, Antidot provided the following credentials:
    • login: my_login
    • password: my_password

AFS

  • AFS version: 7.9.8.0
  • Service: 1
  • Status: stable

Configuration information

  • Customer name: my_stunning_company

Sample Content

  • To finalize the installation, this documentation uses the following sample files, retrieved from the Antidot Training Resources Center (Samples > Antidot Finder Suite - Administration > Demo - input data (xml)):
    • paf.xml to create the PaF called Books.
    • books.xml and feed-books-complete.xml to create a feed for the Books PaF and provide data to work on.
