Impact(s) on users

This issue prevents KHUB Admin users from uploading this specific file to the portal.

This issue causes no impact to end-users.

Possible root cause(s)

This issue might occur when:

  • The filename of the file to upload as a Map Attachment does contain a space.

The MapAttachment connector cannot deal with space in the filename.

Solution(s)

  1. Remove spaces from the Map Attachment filename.

Note: "_" or "+" signs are supported.

  2. Update the Control File with the new filename.
  3. Make a new ZIP archive with the updated files.
  4. Upload the ZIP archive again through the Map Attachment connector from the Back Office.
