Book URI

The book URI (or book ID) can be consulted in the following example URL:

https://doc.antidot.net/reader/w7c1ggGkAKbLAben4NMTaA/iXc9eAwgQ73Ioxs9yrU~7w

URIs are automatically generated using the following criteria:

  • The "id" parameter of the source used to upload the content
  • The "Object code" of the book as generated by Author-it
  • The "Object code" of the used variants as created in Author-it. It can be a variant used to generate a facet or not
    • The "Object code" of the applied variant values as created in Author-it
  • The number of variants and variant values assigned to the book, i.e. adding or removing variants and variant values ultimately modify the book URI in Fluid Topics

Fluid Topics uses the configuration entered in the publication_conf file about used variants and variant values to generate the URI.

Modifying any of these criteria generates a new Fluid Topics publication, i.e. new URIs.
