The installation of Fluid Topics consists in installing components contained within packages as well as software configuration, indexation/replies environment settings, etc.

A tenant is an entity precisely defined as a {service ID - status} couple. For example, the customer X is defined by its service ID, which is 70XXX, and the status of its portal, which is beta. The tenant will then be known as 70XXX - beta.

A tenant can also be defined by a tenant ID, more human-friendly as it can be the name of the company for instance.

Fluid topics installation can support as many tenants as needed, this is called Multitenancy.
