This section concerns all Back Office data (Back Office users, ACP lists, promote campaigns, dictionaries, and so on).

Run the following command:

As root user

/usr/local/afs7/scripts/FT_backup_solution.sh -c FT_BACK_OFFICE -d $PATH_TO_ARCHIVE_DIRECTORY

The choice of the archive destination is the responsibility of the customer.

The following lines are displayed:

[FT_backup_solution.sh][INFO] INDEXER defaulted to 'localhost'
[FT_backup_solution.sh][INFO] FRONT defaulted to 'localhost'
[FT_backup_solution.sh][INFO] BO-UM defaulted to 'localhost'
[FT_backup_solution.sh][INFO] AFS defaulted to '/usr/local/afs7'
[FT_backup_solution.sh][INFO] log file defaulted to '/usr/local/afs7/logs/FT_backup_restore.log'
[FT_backup_solution.sh][INFO] ### INIT BACKUP ##
Backup End.

The generated archive will have the following name:

FT_Backup_Date-of-the-procedure.tar

It is recommended to rename the generated backup archive by running the following command:

As root user

mv $PATH_TO_ARCHIVE_DIRECTORY/FT_Backup_Date-of-the-procedure.tar $PATH_TO_ARCHIVE_DIRECTORY/FT_BACK_OFFICE_Backup_Date-of-the-procedure.tar

(OPTIONAL) Back Up Content

This section concerns indexed content and reply bases.

Run the following command:

As root user

/usr/local/afs7/scripts/FT_backup_solution.sh -c CONTENT -d $PATH_TO_ARCHIVE_DIRECTORY

The choice of the archive destination is the responsibility of the customer.

The following lines are displayed:

[FT_backup_solution.sh][INFO] FRONT defaulted to 'localhost'

Restart the Back Office after performing the procedure by running the following commands:

As root user

systemctl start bo-ac.service
systemctl start bo-analytics.service
systemctl start bo-server.service
