The commands supported by the scripts are:

As root user

systemctl $COMMAND $DAEMON_NAME.service

  • start is the command to launch the Daemon. For example:

    As root user

    systemctl start afs-querymanager.service

  • stop is the command to stop the Daemon. For example:

    As root user

    systemctl stop afs-logmanager.service

  • status is the command to display on stdout the current status of the Daemon. For example:

    As root user

    systemctl status afs-acp.service

  • restart is the command to perform a stop then a start. For example:

    As root user

    systemctl restart afs-logmanager.service

Commands of the same type can be concatenated.

Example:

As root user

systemctl stop bo-ac.service
systemctl stop bo-analytics.service
systemctl stop bo-server.service

These three commands can be replaced by the following one:

As root user

systemctl stop bo-ac.service bo-analytics.service bo-server.service

Only the root user can run the command for the daemon.
